For the past 2 weeks I have been doing a coffee fast where I don’t drink any coffee and avoid caffeine like the plague. The reason I’m doing this is because it is a compound that has had a significant impact on my life the past few months and it is all negative.

The MCT oil that is in the butter coffee is filled with energy that can be used right away as opposed to taking time like glucose. With these two ingredients, you can see a whole host of advantages of using coffee that don’t have to include crashing and burning throughout the day. Most people who utilize these options find that they are able to get far more done when they aren’t hungry or worried about these things.
